Mr. Miller has 35 years of governmental experience working at the state, regional and federal level in water, site remediation, permitting and energy. He has been involved in cutting edge issues including negotiating the Industrial Site Recovery Act, developing the Department of Environmental Protection's Site Remediation and Watershed Management Programs, implementing New Jersey's Clean Energy Program and leading the effort to prepare the State's Energy Master Plan.
