Omni is assisting various clients in reviewing and negotiating power purchase agreements to ensure that solar development provides maximum benefit to the site host. Omni has also assembled a team to provide solar power under a PPA to a publicly-owned wastewater treatment facility.

Regulatory and Market Analysis

Omni has been asked to analyze regulatory and market development issues associated with a company's business development plan. Work has included analyzing the overall New Jersey solar market and PJM regulatory requirements.

OffshoreMW LLC

Omni is providing assistance with the review of legislation and regulations for the development of an offshore wind facility. Tasks include providing advice on all regulatory aspects of the project including meetings with state, county and local officials, interfacing with state government and legislative officials on the development of an offshore wind support structure that will allow an offshore wind industry to develop in New Jersey, and overseeing the preparation of the application for financial assistance from the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities.
